( Polestar m 660; Sino Union Healthcare Inc. ) on 2 consecutive days.
Patients received an intravenous injection of 68Ga-DOT A TATE(155±52MBq) on the first day and 68Ga-DOT A-JR 11(148±52MBq) onthe second day.A low-do seCTs can(120keV; 100mAs; 1.3pitch;2.5-mm slice thickness; 0.5-s rotation time; estimated radiation dose,9.0mGy) from head to proximate thigh was obtained at 40-60min after injection for anatomic localization and attenuation correction. PET scanning followed at2min/bed position with a 23-slice overlap. Images were reconstructed using ordered-subsets expectation maxim i-zation( 2 iterations, 10 subsets, 192× 192 matrix) and corrected for CT-based attenuation, deadtime, random events, and scatter.

Recent developments in time-of-flight PET
Currently, a clinical evaluation of the whole-body PoleStar m660T OF-PET/CTs can-neris carried out[51] .The system is based on 3.63×3.63×20mm³ LYSO scintillator sarranged into detector modules (14× 14 crystals) . The detector modules are then com-bined into the total of 24 detector buckets (2x 4 detector modules) forming a four-ring scanner.The timing resolution of PoleStar is 434ps FWHM.
